By providing you with excellent service the people in the kitchen company can feel good, their reputation will be enhanced and they will earn an honest living. By developing a positive relationship you both get what you want so you both win. However, it is your money, your kitchen, your home and your lifestyle that is at stake so you should do your utmost to protect yourself. You are in charge.
